eca how much do i take

i am going to start eca on monday. i dont know how much of each i take at one time. and is it the same dose for a woman my girl is geting a lil to much junk in her trunk lol.

Usually you take it 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal. Follow the guidlines on the bottle. I fyou want ot get used to it you can do half the dosage and work your way up the next day. Make sure you wife starts at half the dosage.

It will depend on you and your girls tolerance to the eca. Start with 1 before each meal 3x a day, go to 2 if necessary.

If this is not a homemade and name brand, follow the directions on the bottle.

So, if you are making your own ECA stack, then you want the following 3x per day?

Ephedrine 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 300mg

Is that right?

seriously though, I'm pretty sure the recommended daily allowance for ephedra is no more than 100mg....so be careful, it could be a contributing factor to health probs if you're prone to heat stroke/exhaustion or things of that nature or if you're taking any medication with pseudoephedrine.....

can anyone tell me how much caffine is in a cup of coffee? and the asprine do i get aspine from cvs ar do i go to a helth food store and get white willow bark ?

Actually ephedrine can be used safely upto 180 mg a day. I would personally indeed not go over 100. And at a dose of 180mg I would recommend taking any C and A along with it.

There are coming out more and more studies about ephedrine being fairly safe. Most of them are pubished at Will Brinks site.

I think coffee has around 75mg but I am not sure. I do know that it is less than 100mg. The aspirin you can buy at a drug store. Just plain aspirin. Not tylenol or advil or anything.
And Japan you are are right in your question.

I get worse jitters and other stuff from the caffine than Ephedrine. I don't even use aspirne. It is just there to thin your blood right?
