250 to 500

how much more weight will you gain if you up the dosage of sust 250 from 250mgs to 500mgs a wk? will it be that much more of a diffrence in strengh and muscle gains.
 
you will notice a difference. Especially with Sus. You aren't taking advantage of the short acting esters in it. Weigth gain will depend on your food intake, diet and training and again your food intake.
 
i would definatly go 500 especial if youve already done a cycle before. if you go 250 you might be a little dissapointed. like mac said as far as wieght diet is key
 
big difference, think about it your doubling your dosage. But the weight gain will depend on diet.
 
mcnasty75, 250mg of test a week is a pubic hair higher than a replacement dose for test. 500, nah. Try 750. Anything less than 750 IMO is a waste. Sure you'll get some results but I don't care how spectacular your results were at 500, if you did 750 even a gram your results would be even more spectacular.
 
sure the results could be better but a gram for his first cycle? i think thats prolly too much. i think 750 is even high for a first cycle. i would just go 500 and stack it with something else depending upon his goals.

Like I said, IMO anything less than 750 total AS is a waste of gear. Don't short change your first cycle.

Going to explain this a bit. The typical 1st time AS user is someone who has put on quite a bit of muscle naturally. Usually by working out for at least 1-2 years (and in many cases longer). Now, even though far from his genetic natural potential he decides to due roids. Anyone who has put on some sort of base can handle 750-1g of total AS. It's beyond the 1g point that sides really need to be considered. Fact, whether you like it or not. The more AS the better the results. All of us need to make a decision to go down this path and if we do be prepared for the consequences as well as the rewards.

I don't like the arguement- if I do 750 for my 1st cycle, then i have to do 1g for my 2nd and then 1.5 for my 3rd in order to keep growing. Where is that written in stone? There are many people who do a cycle, come off loose some muscle and then go natural for a period adding muscle gradually before making the leap into another cycle. 750 to 1g of AS is a ton more than a natural produces. Yet while off bodybuilders continue to make gains. How is this possible if they need more juice for their 2nd cycle. (I know trap you didn't make this point but it is a typical one brought up when I argue this issue).
 
well said, you have a lot of good points. i guess i tend to be a little on the conservitive side when it comes to dosages. for me lower dosages work great but as with everything in this hobby no one thing works for the masses, everbodies reacts different to AS. After a few different cycle's i know what i like and what works for me i guess its just a matter of figuring yourself out.
