In my efforts to further refine my research process to extract raw product (crytals) from implants, I would like to replace the use of coffee filters with lab quality ones.

I have a reliable source of lab equipment, but I am not sure what equates to a coffee filter. I can order the following types, all with a selection of pore sizes:

Glass Fiber Filters
Qualitative Paper Filters
Quantitative Paper Filters
Disposable Funnel Filters

Any ideas on what would be the ideal filter to use in replacement of a coffee filter?

Thanks,
Koevoet.

Agreed. I have never used a coffee filter and my results have been great. Last time 100 ml on one whatman.
