goals if you mean what i want to accomplish would be to get my body in better shape .of course i want to ad a couple inches to my arms ...history ive always been rather intence in the gym but its hard to keep you momentum up by your self none of my friends work out so i drag my self in there three or four time a week .....cant give ya stats dont know em i cant max out cause if i get to much weight ...it will just sit on my cheast....ha ha that would suck!! just recently got my membership back up at the gym so i dont know anyone there yet faces no names... hoping a cycle will boost my brain into thinking wow this is working...lol trying to get a good workout to geather ...any suggestions let me have um........

I'm not sure but from what you wrote it sounds like you're not close to ready for juice.

How old are you? what are your stats?

You need to get your diet and your training down cold to the point where you have maxed out potential before even considering juice. For example, how about 1 year with no missed workouts on a clean high protein diet. Then, when BF is down below say 10%, evaluate your progress.

A cycle won't boost you're morale or ambition -- you have have got to have those in abundance before a cycle can even be considered.

A couple of inches -- you're kidding right? How many years?

If you don't got the discipline I spoke of above you won't add anything to your body with juice and will probably just cause yourself a bunch of harm.
