I was thinking of getting a cap machine for my powders.

ive been looking at the one from researchkits and vialsandcrimpers.

i could then make my own winny, anavar, clomid, nolva and so on in cap form. i couldnt then take them with me rather than having to carry some oil and a syringe round with me.

whats the basic steps of using one, whats the best and cheapest filler and how do you work out how much powder and filler to use?

when using filler do you just put it all in a bag of somethign ans shake it up? wouldnt this mean that it wouldnt be mixed properly and not all the tabs would have the same ammount in?

is there any difference in the one from researchkits and the one from vials and crimpers?

The math/scale question. You'll NOT want to measure for each and every cap!

Figure out how many you want to make. Measure that much 'vitamins' by weight. example: 100 caps of 50mg each requires 100 * 0.050 grams = 5 grams of vitamins.

Figure out what the total volume of that many caps is in tablespoons, or milliliters, or cups, or whatever. Depends on the size of the caps. Your cap gadget will come with this number, or you can measure it yourself, or you can read this forum for the answer. example: my cap gadget says 1.5 tablespoons to make 24 caps. Since I'm making 100 caps that's 1.5 tablespoons/24 caps * 100 caps = 6.25 tablespoons. Since there's 16 tablespoons to a cup that's 6.25 tablespoons * 1 cup / 16 tablespoons = .39 cups. which is basically 1/3 cup plus one tablespoon (some fancy math for that last part). 'cup' measuring equipment avaliable at your local grocery :-)

Put your weighed vitamins in a measuring container. Add filler to the required volume (0.39 cups in this example). MIX LIKE CRAZY! (i use a coffee 'chopper' for this, mortar and pestle is the ancient, traditional, antique way)

Put in caps. enjoy.
