I was just curious to why people would go the extra mile to convert winny in oil and not use water instead

Winnny(crystals) never completely disolve in a water solution so when you inject you are pushing micro-sized crystals into the injection site. That is the reason for clogged pins(smaller gauge) and painful injection sites.

Its not very easily done even if you have good micronised powders!

I was told by my source that all you need is BACTERIOSTATIC WATER and 3% BA and your all set. Have you guys tried that?

Ha ha ha ha,.. he obviosly didnt try it himself, in theory hes right but it has to be evenly seperated in the Bac water and thats the hard part belive me i tryed!
