How much added benefit would gh add to IGF1. I heard that it will allow the benefits of igf last longer than the normal 25-30 days. Any suggestions?

I have not heard this before. I think the added benifit to the IGF1 wouldn't be too much. It might be more benificial for the GH however. It would make you more slin sensitive which would be a benifit as GH makes you slin resistant.

Is it a good Idea to go longer with the IGF? I beleive IGF and GH eventually start to shut themselves down by circulating back to the hypothalamus and pituitary to eventually shut down the release of GH, I think I read it on this board. If thats the case, then there would be an optimium time frame to use the IGF or GH in. Maybe higher doses for shorter periods would be better????
