Gentlemen,
I've got 1 week left to go on my IGF cycle and I cant say anything great about it. It possibly has been an aid in getting me back to the mass I attained over the summer (I dropped from 195-197 to 184 and am now back to 195) but I feel I'm squinting to see or feel gains and I don't feel this should be the case.
I must sat that this is not a slam on Lab-Corp which is a fine company with excellent, friendly, fast service. Unfortunately this is the third product that I have failed to respond to, the others were Avant Labs inrage, and creatine.
I still have a week to go and I'm still going to train as hard as ever.
Perhaps IGF is best if used with gear just like GH. I would like to hear from those who experienced results using IGF alone. As for me ....back to the drawingboard.

dam bro that sucks, and i think the gains are great with gear but I know you were running alone to see it alone which is cool, Some just dont respond well on it alone or at all I guess, it all still so new i suppose, maybe run it in conjuction with gear next time.
Merry xmas bro

Press,
Thanks for the response bro, .....you know what, it's all good anyway. I wanted to take a chance and I lost on this one but I won in some other areas. My friend's brother GAVE me a Jeep Cherokee Laredo 1995 for nothing, and it is beautiful. I also scored getting on HRT through my insurance.Fully legit anabolics for practically free. Its been a good Christmas.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS

sacroplasm I am currently using IGF-1 in conjunction with PGF2a and seeing good results. I would suggest trying it again with either AAS or PGF2a

I would never use it by itself. works 10x better with AAS.

I found that I really needed big calories on IGF. The days I hit 5500 calories I had tremedous pumps and really felt thick. I believe the secret is high cal diet and definetly gear. Did you say you did NOT respond to creatine? Bro, thats a first for me. I own a sports nutrition store and sold creatine 100's of people and ALL of them responded to it. Maybe your doing something a little bit wrong. There is a technique to useing everything. As for the IGF, I did see some results, Im not sure how I feel about the stuff though. I'm going to hit it one more time and try to draw a fair conclusion for myself. Good luck funding what works for you...keep searching you'll know it when you find it!

Sweatmachine: First of all if thats you in your avatar you are one big dude and that shot is an inspiration. Once again I wanted to use IGF alone in order to judge it on it's own merit but perhaps it is best used in synergy with aas. In regards to the creatine I've tried various brands and used fruit juice but again no marketed difference in how I felt. I know that there are some documented cases of non responders (about 30% ) If you have any tips on how to BEST use creatine I'm all ears.
Cordoba:Thanks for the tip. I may try that down the road.
Thanks for the feedback guys.

I have had the best results from the Fortress brand effervescent creatine.
one packett in the am 20 minutes before you eat anything. No loading up, no multiple dosages. With the straight creatine Ive found that 40grams per day is needed for about a week....or at least until you are loaded up. You'll know when your loaded. You have an excelent pump and more reps in you. Ive always used grape juice with creatine, some say not to though.
Im no expert but have a lot of first hand experience. and yes that is my picture in the Avatar
