From what I've been reading, many people are shooting their IGF post-workout. Does this mean you lift, drive home, pull the IGF out of the fridge, and then shoot? I assume this because most are storing their vials in the fridge/freezer.

I'm just curious as post-workout shots would not fit my situation (I train mid-afternoon and don't get home until late evening). My options for injection times would have to be in the morning before work or when I get home.

Also, has anyone experienced drowsiness/fatigue after an IGF injection? That too would determine if I shoot in the morning vs. the evening. I'm enough of a zombie in the morning as it stands. :)

Thanks for the input folks.

I guess what I'm really trying to find out is whether or not people who shoot pre/post workout have their vial of IGF with them or if they are poking themselves at home.

There's some concern about degredation outside of refridgeration, but from most accounts IGF should be fine at room temp for some time (I think someone sited a study which indicated at least 3 years).

Yes, it is very stable when suspended in BA, so i don't think you'll have any problems

I think that using your IGf before training can be very benficial. The half life is supposed to be 12 hours. So the longer actin effects should still be able to be felt some time after injection. I have used Igf post workout and I think that this option is good to. I just put my IGf in a thermos filled with ice. It should stay cold for a very long time.
