I haven't sleep in f*ck*ng 2 months. Whenever I'm on, I'm lucky if I get two hours of sleep a night. What are some good otc sleeping aids that you guys use. Preferrably ones without medicine like tylenol PM. Just the sleeping aids. thanks.

ambien requires a script though. Don't want to tell my doctor to give me a script to sleep because of all the juice I'm on.

Valerian root extract helps me out. 1 1/2 before bed and I'm good to go with no morning sleep hangover that I usually get from script pills!

The only time I get a good nights sleep and actually feel rested the next day is when I am using GH and insulin. I sleep like a baby. But its an awful expensive way to get sleep, lol. Later

Tell the doc that you are having a hard time sleeping because you and your girl just broke up because she cheated on you. He will give you some sleep aids bro. ambien

try sleep aid tablets by equate. they made it under the radar and work better than prescription, i know soon they will see there mistake and take them off the shelves!! active ingredient is doxtlamine succinate 25mg, will make you drowsy but has no addicting sides and no major hangover. you could also try green tea, my mother uses that and it helps her a great deal, imo!!

Out in about a half hour, assuming that im already in for the night. On gear same dosage...Great thing is, its over the counter, plus- no hang over..... Oh, best part... W/ time release caps your sleep isnt interupted....

Imovane will knock you flat on your ass :)

You have to get a prescription from the Doc for it, but it's easy. Pretty much anything you tell him will get you one. Just tell him you can't sleep and haven't been able to for months and ask him for one. He'll write it.

"non-medicinal"... melatonin would be my first choice followed by valerian.

"GHB"....not such a bright idea too many people abuse it and dont know the effects it can have if you do too much not to mention it can be pretty hard on the gastro intestinal system...(i always had gas when i did it and wnet through a gallon every other month...it does wonders for weight los though. melatonin works but it varies form person to person...remember that growth takes place durring preiods of rest...i haven't had problems with sleeplessness other than durring beginning and middle of cycles...i dont take prescribed meds unless i have reason..the active ingredient in benadril is also packaged in generic form as a sleep aid and is what they gave us in the military and at the VA for sleep...when i have major trouble sleeping it works pretty good but for some people it has reverse effects it might make you hyper. Your putting enough chemicles in your system while otc so take care of your self and dont overload your stomach or liver or kidneys...i'm a newbie to the boards but living in a new town makes ya long for familiar conversation...be wise, lift smart and live long...

After reading this thread i went out and got some melatonin. I always have trouble getting to sleep and i toss and turn all night.

Last night i went to sleep earlier and slept soundly all night. I woke up feeling refreshed and great. I definitely think melatonin is a good sleep aid.

I took 6mg about 45 minutes before bed.
