Just thought I would let everyone know that I have another piece of my home gym puzzle now. I bought a Schwinn 6350 Treadmill. The only other thing that i really need to be pretty much completely able to do a "gym" workout at home ,is a two station low/high pulley set-up. Like the one that Fly is using in her pics. Thats another $700...so its gonna have to wait.
     Anyway...I don't have ANY excuse to not do cardio now.... <!--emo&/?--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky2.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='/?'><!--endemo--> DAMMIT!!

We have a treadmill at home and its great. I do a half hour almost every morning now, and then another half hour on the eliptical machine at the gym. On my days off from the gym, I can do as much cardio as I want at home. We live 40 minutes from both gyms I train at, so not having to go to the gym, just for cardio, makes my life a lot easier. And that high, low cable pulley machine your talking about is called a Crossover bro. Later

damn, I hate treadmills!  I start cutting in a few weeks, and I get ill just thinking about all the time I'll be putting into cardio very soon.

Presser...I think its a Paramount. Can't remember for sure...my mind is still recovering from the 2k I spent yesterday! <!--emo&/?--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky2.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='/?'><!--endemo-->
 Yeah crossover..thats what I meant...lol
