...has anyone experimented with any non-traditional type routines...ones that differ from the masses...maybe a dorian yates style routine...i know the majority of people are "scared" to switch from what what they have always done but was wondering if anybody does something a lot different...looking to go a way different approach and wanted some opinions on different styles...(not ones you read about, ones you have done)...
 
BUMP..Ive only been training hard for about 8 months...But id like to see what others say about this.
