Greetings, all. Wooffdogg here. 6’, 190, 45/32/16/24, 10% bf, 42 yo. Been lifting regularly for 20 years, seriously these last 3 and lovin’ it. Lift a 4-day rotation: chest/back, legs, arms, abs. Current routine is 5 sets per, starting with 12-14 reps then increasing weight thru the 4th set. 5th set is 12-14 reps at lower weight. Very focused on form and negative resistance. Was a runner, but now bike/hike 2 or 3 times per week depending on season. Current diet is high protein (150-200 g/day), low carb (25-50 g/day), and vitamin/mineral supplements…about 2500 to 3000 calories/day total. In the last 18 months, have done three 8-week cycles of dbol only, very low dose. Liked the results even at that level. Gained strength and shape more than size, but that was the test plan. Would like to gain additional mass, but want to keep the lean, well-defined look I’ve achieve. Could always be more cut/ripped, tho. Have read the bible and am familiar with different gear, but would appreciate some suggestions regarding an appropriate cycle. Thanks.

I agree with Presser. Use a good stack, and you will be much happier with the results. Of course, you will have to inject! 500-750 mgs Test and 400mgs Eq or Deca per week is always a good starting point. Just so you know, 150-200 grams at 190 Lbs isn't a "high protien diet" bro. I am 218 right now, about 6.5-7% Bf and I eat 450-500 grams of protien ED. When "on" you should be eating between 1 1/2 - 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight for the best results. Good luck! yah, man, appreciate the reminder and understand.  on 2 of my 3 cycles, i've doubled my protien and calorie in-take, just can't eat that much all the time.  have been up around 205-210 a few times, but always lose the definition, especially around the waist...which is a huge drag.  also challenged by keeping the weight on.  mebby that's been due to dbol only instead of a good stack.  sometimes think i should be (and can be) happy with my current size and focus on getting cut/ripped.  understand that's it's hard to gain mass and get cut at the same time, but am here to figure out what might work best for what i want to achieve.  thanks for the suggestion, bro.  will refer back to the bible...and stay active on the board.

I have to agree with press, my two favorites are prop/EQ.  You would probably like tren to, which could be added to that, or just added to the test.
