yes or no. it seems that it would be a bene to use them to let the mussle relax and recover, but on the other hand would it slow or hender growth?

I have to take them all the time and they do not hinder growth at all. I don't know if they help recovery, but they do help me sleep a little better. BUT, since I have been using GH, I don't even take them anymore, and I sleep much better. Later

a uni friend of mine wanted to do part of his PhD study on the use of anti inflams and muscle recovery, strength etc

he couldn't get it through the ethics commitee so it was scrapped. but his theory was something about reducing the localised inflammatory response that results from stress or trauma which should minimise tissue damage and let healing occur sooner. of course his theory was much more in depth than that, but i hope that makes some sense.

i don't know what class of anti inflam he proposed and i know he personally used to take a relaxant (doxyalamine succinate sp?) after training, anyway .....anyone else got a thought on this????
