Front loading

I've frontloaded my Test the last 2 cycles and loved it. Get higher blood levels earlier in cycle that way so your "feeling it" at day 6-8 instead of week 3-4. The first time I tried it I loaded up 1500 prop enhanced sust. You can also load shorter acting esters. This cycle I did the 1500 Sust frontload plus 150 prop EOD for the first 10 days(not technically a fronload with the prop but same general principle)

it really depends on your goals...frontloading will cost a bit more because you need the extra gear for the load IN ADDITION to you planned cycle.  So, if you are in a hurry for gains, and have the money, I guess its worth it.  I've tried frontloading starting on the first day of a cycle, as well as starting the loading 2 weeks out from my "official" first day of a planned cycle.  It does work really well, especially psychologically, because you'll start to see results withing a few weeks instead of waiting say 6-7 weeks to really see it.  As far as AAS and dose, I like prop at 150mg/day or higher.

Ya but how does it work what would a load consist off. <!--emo&FF--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/bored.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='FF'><!--endemo-->

There are several different thoughts on front loading. When I front load I use a longer acting test like cyp or enth. I use 500mg ED for 10-14 days before my cycle starts. IMO prop or susp isn't very good for front loading because its to fast acting. The test you front loaded is already taking effect before your cycle starts, and then it stops being effective to early in your cycle. With the longer acting test it kicks in about the same time your cycle starts, and is effective for the first 3-4 weeks of your cycle. This gets your test levels extremely high during the first few weeks and makes for excellent early strength and weight gains. Later
