First cycle for a beginner

what do you recomend for the first cycle for a beginner, as far as getting geared, is deca, winny, clen....etc   the best for someone who is just getting started


oh yeah when is it too early to start, as far as age

Test, test and Deca or test and Eq. All are good ways to start. Later
