it all depends on you're cycle... heavy bulking i wouldn't do any cardio.. trying to gain lean mass, ok, some cardio.. 2-3 times ew.. cutting.. anything from 3-5 days ew ..

How much cardio you can do will vary from person to person. If I am stackin some AAS and eating 450g of protein a day and 4500cal I can do alot more than someone who lets say is eating 2000 calories and no juice.
I am just now learning my body well enough to know how much I can do without burning up muscle. It is all relative to your food intake.
I think the key is to understand how much your maintenence calories are and how much you will want to lose. Plan out a chart graphing how many pounds per week you want to lose and then adjust your diet/cardio to that plan. People make the mistake often of trying to "crash" diet. Pounds you lose on those kinds of diet are comprised alot of muscle. You are going to lose a certain amount of muscle with any fat loss program...keeping it to a minimal is the key :)
Things to ask your self:
1. How fast is my base metabolism?
2.What is my caloric intake?
3.What are my maintenece calories?
4. Are there any other factors involved( AAS,T-3,ECA, Clen)

once you plug in all these numbers you should be able to come up with some sort of plan for your own body. There has got to be a link to some website that has some sort of a chart already made for you.Hope this helps...Bstrong,Napalm,Prez and Pumpdog will probably add some good "cutting" knowledge to this thread.
