I noticed that too dedprez.  No bi's or tri's.  You would look unproportional wouldn't you?

I also agree with the one body part per day.  I love doing it that way.  Only problem is that it's convenient to do during the winter since I have the weekends.  However during the summer when I go down to my summer house on Fridays, I only have 4 days to workout and therefore have to double up on body parts.  It's a lot more difficult especially when you're trying to do cardio everyday to cut up.

I'm in Belmar and there is one right on the strip.  But I would be wasting my money if I were to pay $60 a month for a weekend membership.  Daily memberships are $10 which is ridiculous.  Also I get so retarted down the shore that I wake up the next day in time to lay out in the sun for a couple of hours and then back to happy hour and the club again.  I know, I know!

yep that&#39;s the Belmar Presser. &nbsp;Off of exit 98 on the parkway. &nbsp;Love it there. &nbsp;Great clubs (Djais and headliners). &nbsp;Hot ass girls. &nbsp;Nice clean beach. &nbsp; My house is two houses away from Djais and across the street from the beach. &nbsp;Can&#39;t wait. &nbsp;I think I am going to jab myself now. <!--emo&**--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='**'><!--endemo-->
