Okay here's my ? I'll be starting my winny soon and I've been taking one gram/ed of Saw Palmetto w/my current cycle to combat elevated DHT levels. My ? is since winny is a precursor to Dihydrotestosterone and it dramatically increases your DHT levels, will the saw palmetto adversely affect the effectiveness of the winstrol? Anyone's opinions?

LOL Press, I think you need to see this:

Saw Palmetto supposedly does something to keep DHT from binding with or affecting the prostate gland. I don't think it does anything to DHT levels though.

the only thing the health food store is good for is some food, bars, protien powder, some of the drinks( some!)and the drug test drinks.Save youre more for the sause it works, all the creatine and saw this and ando whatever is for skinny people and its all junk ive been doing this long enough to no.If youre eating 6-8 times a day you get all the protection you need. And never waste a syringe.

You should be fine to continue with the saw palmetto. I've never used both, but know of people who have. The consensus seems to be that saw palmetto (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/product_info.php?products_id=1990)doesn't seem to interfere with anything, and really helps to keep the DHT levels down.
