EVERYONE SAYS WHILE ON A CYCLE EAT LIKE CRAZY THOUSANDS OF CALORIES,CARBS,ETC.WELL AVERAGE CYCLE 10-12 WKS SH*T I CAN GAIN 10 POUNDS OF FAT EATING LIKE THAT IN THAT TIME SO DOES THIS GO FOR THE HARD GAINERS?I EAT HIGH PROTIEN LOW CARB AND LOW CALORIE DIET AND LOST 34 PNDS SO FAR.I'M GONNA EAT THE SAME WAY WHILE ON 500 AWEEK SUST 10 WK CYCLE WHAT SHOULD BE MY GAINS I'M 5'5 169LBS 12%-14% BODYFAT I WANT TO GAIN MUSCLE NOT FAT.I HEAR SOME GAIN 25-30 POUNDS BUT HOW MUCH IS MUSCLE?

Its really impossible to say what you will gain personally on any cycle. Everyones genetics are different. On your first cycle, 20-30 lbs is usually the "norm", but everything depends on your training, diet and recovery time allowed. Usually about 60-75% of what you gain, if done correctly will be muscle. The rest will be Bf and water. The reason we eat a lot of cals and don't mind putting on a little fat while bulking is because its easier to put on muscle if you are putting on fat fat the same time. If you are adding Bf, you know you are getting enough food to grow. Otherwise its kind of a gamble on wether or not you are making optimal muscle gains during your cycle. Then you take off the Bf during a cutting cycle to retain the muscle you have gained. Later

Eat like a pig when bulking. never, I mean never go hungry! Not for a minute!   Don't short change your gains!

Watch what your eating when cutting.

Bro...when I was on 500mg sust and winny, I watched what I ate, I occasionally would dawg a couple triple stacks from Wendy's, but that was once EW or so.  The rest of the time I ate real clean, but all of the time.  Six to seven times EW.  I would usually wake up at night at put down a protien shake or grab a something to eat.  I didn't eat everthing in site, it might have hurt my gains, but I am happy with the results.  I gained probably 22 lbs on the cylce, and retained 18 or 19 lbs of it.  It was all quality muscle, hardly any fat, just some water retention.  The main thing is you MUST keep your protien intake high if you're going to go with this kind of diet.  It worked great with me, but it's not to say it will work great for you.

THANKS FOR THE ADVICE GUYS ....SOUNDS LOGICAL I WOULD BE FUC*IN HAPPY WITH KEEPING 15-17PNDS ..
ANYWAY WHILE ON CYCLE SHOUD I BE ABLE TO WORK EACH MUSCLE 2 TIMES A WEEK IF NOT SORE FOR BETTER GAINS..

Sounds like they r all on the right track.  Eat often and big portions, lots of protein, but eat clean.  As I'm sure you know - all the training and gear in the world will be lost if you don't eat clean.  I try to get about double my body weight in protein ED, but I've heard differening opinions - everywhere from 1.0 to 2.5 times your body weight.  Good luck brotha.
