I need help..  I am new to the forum, although I have been reading everything I can for 2 weeks.  I am a female, 28, 5.5, 138lbs.  I want to decrease my bf.  I do cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-45min.  Lift normally 5 to 6 days.  I diet, but have troubles with sweets and  I take in the right ratio of protein, carbs and water.  I need to burn this fat off before summer.

A few people have recommended Clen and others have said primo or anavar or a combination.  I have never done any but I am willing to try anything to get my old body back.  

Could someone recommend which or a combination.  I have been reading how clen works, how much to take and how to cycle but the others (anavar and primo) I am not sure.  And which is easiest to get. and how do they work together. Also, will I lighten up on my weight so I don't increase size and do extra cardio? By the way I am afraid of needels so it would have to be a tab.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have read all the articles posted on these but none seem to fit what I want.  Just to decrease bf with little side effects!!

clen and eca, maybe some T3 and you'll cut up nicely i would think ... i'm no dietguru though but if you're completely green i think you should stay away from gear .. atleast a while longer till you get the basics ..

Thank you.  Other forums the guys told me to ask the chicks.  I love this board it is totally professional!

I know I should probably be in the woman's forum, but I noticed no one was in there and I know you guys have a lot more experience and probably advise many of the women.  

I have read a little abolut T3 but not enough. I will look into it.  Thanks for the advise.

Before doing and AAS I would first try the ECA stack and clen cycle Presser mentioned.  I would see how you do with that, maybe that would give your body the kick it needs to help you lower your bf.

I have never done T3 so I can't help you out there.   :)   But I'm sure someone will be able to fill you in on it.

I guess I am worried that I am going to go through all this with clen for 8-10 weeks and not enough will happen for me and summer will be here.  I definetly need a sure fire cutting up cycle.  I here people say clen is awesome and others say is doesn't do alot( I guess those are the people with the crappy diets and lack of hard work)  Will I notice a difference right away or about how long does it take?

I also want to know what it is like for you guys when your on Tes b/c I hear the workouts are so incredible and you feel a strong as a ox.  Is is worth it?  It would be great to gain strength.
 
If you really want to do a cycle I would suggest anavar 10mg ED and winny 25mg EOD for 8wks or less if you feel more comfortable.  I did it and loved it, but you have to make sure your diet is right.  I got great results, I put on alot of lean muslce and looked hard.  

I have done primo with winny too.  I broke out with that so I stay away from it.  Plus the primo is a shot, its not bad at all but if you don't like them..ouch!!!! :) I was doing 50mg of primo eod and 25 mg of winny eod...I saw results after the the second week, i got big quick--too big for me.

If your not looking at adding more muscle then stay away from AAS, they are for adding muscle not really cutting (some poeple drop bf while on...but that is not a rule, nor is it always from the AAS, its from diet, cardio, and other types of drugs)  Have you used ECA before?  If not, try that, the first time you use ECA is when you get the best results from it.  There are many to chose from, my favorites are stacker 2, theremedrene (by sportpharma...ot something like that) and diet fuel or ripped fuel.  If you have used an ECA before, then try it with clen...using ECA on the 2 weeks off form clen.  And/Or T3 which should be ramped up and down....I really like T3 but hate clen.....everyone is diffrent.....for me the sides with clen are not worth what little results I get from it.  The probelm here is that everyone is so diffrent...that you are going to have to experiment to see what is going to works for you.  None of can garuntee that you are going to lose the BF you want to by summer.....(specially not knowing how much that is).  But i would be willing to bet that you would lose some trying any 3 of these or a combo of all 3.  The problem with a combo of all 3 is that you may bot know which one is giving you the worst sides.

If you are looking into T3...the dosages that I have done are as follows :
week 1...25mcg ed
week 2...50mcg ed
week 3...75mcg ed
week 4...50mcg ed
week 5...25mcg ed

Thats what I did the first time I used it...the second time I did a 6 week run of it and used 75mcg for weeks 3 and 4, then ramped back down.  I feel that T3 for women really should not be taken over 75mcg ed.  

But from the sounds of your post....I really don't think AAS is the way you want to go.

Thank you all so much for your help.  It sounds like I need to stay away from AAS for now.  I am happy with my shape. Just wanting to lose about 5%bf.  I have used plenty of different ECA's and still use them.  I think for now I will try the clen and see how that works cycled every two weeks with ECA.
I will let you all know how it goes once I figure on how to get it.
