just swallow them BUT,...

let me tell you a little story about d's.  "a friend",lol, was once taking the thai pink pentagons and something happened.  before "his" workout he had to do the good ole number two, if you know what imean.  when he got up, he just happened to look at his movement before flushing and saw, no, not peanuts, but whole pink pentagons stuck to his stool.  how depressing.  maybe his stomach was not highly acidic at the time, but after that incident, he decided to chew them up and drink with oj, just to be safe.

There is NO WAY our stomach acids can disolve them properly...chew the friggin things. I am chewing them like candy. I'm on the same 5mg Naps.
