Side effects of fina?

can someone help me with adding to the list of side effects,any supplements to take with it? for example DBOL u would take ALA for liver,.....is there anything to take for fina?

1.  elevated liver values....take ala
2.  alergic reation in some (including myself).  with each injection, violent coghing spells and sick flush feeling for a few minutes.
3.  increased muscle size

I've heard that it raises liver values, at least temporarily, so I agree with the above.  I always take 1000mg of milk thistle year round anyway to help keep the liver healthy.  I've also heard it debated that fina is tough on the kidneys too.  I take cranberry during all cycles anyway, so whether it is or isn't, I'm not sure, but I take the precaution with the renal system supps anyway.  I believe that if you have kidney issues with it, you're probably NOT drinking enough water.  If you drink 1+ gal of water a day, I doubt you'll ever have issues.

good call...forgot that one...yes, it is hard on the kidneys.  tons of water and cranberry extract helps.

in the am, when your body is most dehydrated, and you are on fina, the urine is very dark...not good.  the cranberry extract helps along with 2 gals of h20 per day.

I'm with Bstrong. You drink a lot of water and you should be fine...I too take thistle among a host of others. No cranberry at all though. Never had any kidney pain. Urine is pretty clear most of the time. Your body is always talking to you...just take the time to listen
