very similar in structure and effect as nolvadex, but not nearly as effective at binding to estrogen receptors throughout the body as nolvadex. it is more targeted towards the ER in and around the hypothalamus, thus making it more suitable for post cycle recovery than nolva, although nolva can be used for post cycle recovery as well.
