HEY GUYS CAN YOU WORK OUT YOUR MUSCLES TWICE A WEEK? ON AND OFF GEAR IF YOU FEEL RECOVERED.. damn THAT GLUTAMINE HELPS...I WAS WORKING THEM ONCE A WEEK FOR A YEAR AND NOW STARTED TWICE ADVICE BRO'S.. </

It's all up to your body bro.  If you can handle working out twice a week, go for it.  When I'm on I work out twice a week.

it doesnt matter if u r on or not.....i would kinda cycle it tho...right now i went from once i week to twice a week for about a month and a half and after that i will go back to once a week.
