About To Do A Cypionate Cycle Only:

In about a week or two I will be doing a Cypionate cycle only, starting at 250mgs. and escalading up to 500mgs.  I am a beginer so I am only doing a test cycle, plus this is all I could afford at the current time.  Any input on what supplements would go great with this Cypionate cycle, such as creatine, or any prohormone?  How much should I suspect to in gain weight and strenght?...When will it kick in?  Any info greatly appreciated, thanks! <!--emo&+=--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sarcasm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='+='><!--endemo-->
 
If it is possible you should run the Cyp at 500mg EW from the start. As for your gains..well thats up to you bro. If you eat good..train hard..and give your body rest when it needs it I wouldn't see why you couldn't put on 20lbs of weight.
 There are tons of anti-oxidants that you can take while cycling..do a search...you will find more than you can afford. Just for example...I just stocked up...and I spent a little over $300. Thats prob more than you have invested in your whole cycle. This game isn't cheap bro...if you wanna play..you gotta pay! ;)

what up sust..

here's what you do..:

<ul>
<li> shoot the cyp @ 200mg mondays and 200mg thursdays throughout you're cycle.. (400mg ew will be sufficent imo)...
<li> get som protein powder ..(schwartz lab)
<li> drink lot's of water ...
<li> take a good multivitamin..
<li> eat clean...
<li> go heavy on the weights and don't switch up anything.. do as you've always done.. no reason to go all scientific about it ..
<li>in and out of the gym in an hour.. keep workouts intense..
<li>K.I.S.S principle all the way...
<li> be sure to take a day or two off every week .. don't workout on these days .. off days are just that.. OFF..

this is important... :

the cyp will kick in around week 3 ..
have nolvadex on hand.. whoever said you won't get gyno from 400mg of test is a liar.. it differs from person to person .. you might just be that unlucky bastard so as i said.. keep nolva on hand..
clomid post cycle is a must.. clomid theraphy for you starts 2 weeks after last poke of cyp..
dosage is as follows..:

<li>300mg the first day, you can split them up and take 150 in the morning and 150 in the evening...(only split this dose up)
<li>100mg ed for 10 days...
<li>50mg for another 10 days..
</ul>

it's hard to say how much you'll gain so i wont ... it differs from person to person ... i'll say this though .. bloat is not... i repeat.. NOT muscle.. ;) ..

Way to go Tiny. That is about as complete and accurate reply as you could possiably give. This forum is leaps and bounds better about the info. than the board I was on before.
