I was reading the thread on the cypionate only cycle and read your advice.  Obviously the prohormones are a given, but I was a little more curious on your thoughts on the creatine.  Maybe I am in the dark on this one.  Can you elaborate?

can you give me a link to that thread so i know what you're talking about and try to help?

creatine causes intracellular water retention. this should be potassium retention and not sodium. it's the "opposite" kind of water retention as estrogenic water retention and may not be so bad during a cycle, especially since creatine kinase (the enzyme that "activates" creatine) values are so elevated during a cycle, it would be beneficial to feed those enzymes their substrate (creatine).

yeah, they're loaded up on sodium. i wasn't trying to argue with you presser, you have a very good point. i just wanted to inform him of some physiological background involved in creatine storage and interactions with anabolic steroids.

So it is a bloating issue then.  Thanx for the input presser.  Dr. Evil, you are telling me that physically it may be advantageous to stay on.  Well I am sure it is not that big of deal either way,  I was just curious about it all.  Thanx again :)

yes, from a muscle building standpoint, creatine would be advantageous to take during a cycle if you don't mind a little intramuscular bloat. it also helps the joints if you're taking a lot of winny.

If you are predisposed to having any kind of kidney or other renal problems, gear and creatine at the same time would not be a good idea.
