What do you guys think of pork, not too many people write about ot as a good source of protein, why?  Is it low in ammino acids?
 
yeah I always forget how good nuts are for you. I just hate eating snack food. I fucking hate snacks. If I'm going to eat it's all or nothing.

I graze on stuff like that all day, in between my huge meals.
but it doesnt help with people and their comments about how much you eat. everytime they see you, you are literally eating.
 
I love sunflower seeds and it keeps my mouth occupied so I can't eat worse crap. I love almonds and peanuts as well. I need the fiber.
