Can I Shoot All 500mgs. At Once?

Can I shoot all 500mgs. of test cypionate on Monday, rather than 250mgs. on Monday then Thursday?  I know it works out better blood levels but can I shoot all 500mgs at once?

why inject more than you have to?  Once a week is cool I frequently mix drugs into the same syringe just to limit pokes
