OK.  so I know you must chew the Ip winnies.  I don't know what scientific evidence proves that this is rational, since they are not coated in any way, or are they?  

Well Im not going to bitch about that topic any more, but....

How many times should you bite?
Just in half, or masticate(chew),(had to do it,lol), until it is in crumbs?  Will you lose any particles in teeth?  Im so friggin confused! </

just bite them with your front teeth.. not your molers they get stuck in the back teeth

i really dont know but common sense would tell me to just chew like normal and swallow...as far as loosing particals in your teeth?? ..it all goes to the same place.

Yes but i feel like if it gets in my teeth it will make it through my system but things like food will carry it through making it useless.

im just very paranoid about losing potency.

I am a front teeth kind of guy.  My buddy crushes it up into powder...then pops into his mouth with some water.

You can go to walmart or walgreens and they sell a pill crusher for 3-4 bucks. Works great and really crushes pills up.
