B-12 Dosage Help

What is the dosage of B-12 injections.  I have been off my cycle for 3 weeks and my appetite is gone.  I want to start B-12.  You can not buy B-12 at feed stores in texas anymore.  The only thing they sell is B-complex which has 1000mcg (per ML) of B-12 and a little bit of the other B-vitamins. How much should I take and how often.  I was thinking 1ml every other day.  What are your thoughts.

I don't think I would inject b complex.  I would try to get the B-12.  I mean, I don't think it will hurt you, I'm not certain that  b complex will give you the results you are looking for.

I did a search on B-12 but got nothing.  I think most people take 1000mcg every other day.  That is what I will try.
