I've got a flat middle chest

I've got a 47" chest which at 5'10 i think is fairly impressive. However all the size is the outer half of the pec. In the middle their is a dramatic decrease in muscle mass. This looks okay with clothes on but gets a bit embarrasing when the tops have to come off.
This is what i'm doing:
Flat flyes (pre-exhaust)
Flat bench
Incline dumbell
Incline dumbell fly
Cables
Machine presses (drop set)
If anyone can see what i'm doing wrong please let me know the help would be appreciated.
 
i've been hitting the bottom of my pecs pretty hard lately.. might think about adding in some decline press and old fastion push-ups..

id say plenty incline dumbell work,heavy 30degree flyes, close gip inclines!

My 2 cents is to ditch the pre-exhaust work and focus on developing more stength - point being that as your one rep maxes improve, this should correlatively increase the amount of weight with which you can perform your actual hypertrophy work-set(s).  I mean, 3 work-sets of 10-12 reps with, say, 365 does things to my chest (from a hypertrophy perspective) that I'd never experience were I to prefatigue with flyes, then be forced into benching with a lighter weight.  Heavy compound movements do build mass.  Anyway, that's what's worked for me.  Same approach with incline barbell presses could fill you out more, too.  On your heavy chest days, alternate between opening with flats and inclines.  Definitely, leave the push-ups to John Basdow.
 
I'd say do LOTS of incline work, and when doing cables or pec deck, be sure to flex and hold the contraction for a few second.
