I have read allot of different information on this lately. It would seem that most are recomending ALA and Tylers as effective liver protection supplements.

ALA is supposedly better at lilver cell regeneration rather than just protection. I posted a more detailed reply in your other posts. If you need more info on this Go over to the Elite board and do a search on ALA. Unfortunatly the best post on this got moved into the best of elite section which you have to be a platnuim member to view.

Like I said before I have read allot of differing info on this latley and if you are in doubt you can alway's use both at the same time.

bump ... any new and exciting items used for liver protectants .. OTC and/or Scripted Meds that are out there?

Liv 52 works great and i reccomend you use this when running a highly liver toxic like drol.
