Since I've started my bulking cycle about 8weeks ago, I'm up only 5-7 lbs. I'm obviously doing something very wrong here.

My workouts have semi-stagnated, I get great pumps, but my reps and weights are going up ever-so-slightly. Almost as if I was training naturally.

I'm eating more than 3600 cals a day with the vast majority of the calories coming from protein. I eat about 8-9 times from morning to bedtime. I feel I'm eating enough cals as my waist has increased over an inch since I started.

I'm getting 6-8hours sleep, but never straight through - I always wake up every 3-4 hours for some reason.

I'm on 700mgs of prop every week, and just recently stopped using fina @ 80 mgs ed.

I'm also using 1mg ed of liquidex.

My first suspicion is my diet - perhaps I'm trying too hard not to get fat? Should I throw caution to the wind and just eat like a pig?

Any advice, suggestions, questions, or even flames I will accept with open arms.

Currently 6', and 205 - 207lbs

...what is your current training like...days/week,reps,sets,...it looks to me as if you could be overtraining...just a stab... :(

I work out a different body part each day. &nbsp;I workout Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.

Chest on Mon
Back and Biceps on Tues
Shoulders and Abs on Thurs.
Legs and Triceps on Fri (Sometimes I throw triceps in on Thurs with the others)

6-8reps per set, and 9-12 sets per bodypart.

What is your protein intake? &nbsp;I would say up the cal. intake to 5,000 but with those cal. you still should of gained more then that........... ???

I have to say that I&#39;m sorry but everything looks fine with your diet and training. &nbsp;I did the same cycle you did with the fina only at eod and the prop at 100 mg/eod and I gained 18 pounds. &nbsp;I didn&#39;t even come close to getting as many cals as you did, but my protein intake was at 300g/day. &nbsp;I only have one reasoning to your lack of gains. &nbsp;The Gear&#33; &nbsp;Can it possibly be bunk shit? &nbsp;my strength and weight took off when I was on that cycle and I wasn&#39;t using as much in mgs as you are. &nbsp;That really sucks. &nbsp;I did a cycle once that yielded practically no gains. &nbsp;very frustrating.

I doubt it&#39;s the gear - when I first began my cycle, I really saw a huge increase in my strength. &nbsp;But that was in the first four weeks. &nbsp;No increase in size, just strength. &nbsp;All the typical sides are there as well - test sweats every single night, and very mild acne in places where I never get it - abs, pecs, etc.

I&#39;m also getting almost 400grams of protein a day. &nbsp;Yes, I have been keeping track of it.

Try upping your calorie intake to around 5000 cals. Other than that, I see no problems, unless your gear is underdosed, or fake. Hopefully thats not the case though. Good luck, Later

First thing I thought about was liquidex minimizing your water weight in turn not showing big improvemnts on the scale. Another thing could be the time of between this cycle and your last.....how long were you off? Looks almost like a cutting cycle to me. Prop and Fina with winny and liquidex is a kick ass cutting cycle IMO, all you left out was the winny

...musclepup brought up a good point...i dont really see prop and fina as a "bulk" cycle...i know the drugs are not what truly makes up a bulk or cut cycle as that is controlled primarily by diet...but i did a short prop and fina cycle and gained 8 lbs but looked a lot better if you know what i mean...the scale is deceiving too, as some say let the mirror do the weighing... ;)...

Well the main reason I used those drugs was simply because I had them. &nbsp;And I&#39;m sure I will use the same combo when I decide to cut up - you know in winter when it makes the most sense&#33; LOL

I would not be suprised if liquidex and other things hinder our gains. &nbsp;They are so new that nobody realy knows a lot about them. &nbsp;In my cycle I all the sudden stopped gaining. &nbsp;I will never know what it was or a combination of. &nbsp;At about the time I stopped gaining I upped my liquidex dosage and started propecia. &nbsp;It also could have been fake gear. &nbsp;The second half of stuff I had could have been fake. &nbsp;My next cycle I dont think I am going to use an antiestrogen unless I have to (get gyno symptoms). &nbsp;I see so many guys just doing 2cc of enthanate a week for 8 weeks and gain 30lbs and keep 25 of it. &nbsp;Just enthanate and clomid at the end. &nbsp;I just think someday we will find out that some of the stuff we take is hindering our gains. &nbsp;I am going to experiment my next cycle.

Other than upping the calories, how about your training? Perhaps your body has adapted to the load. I would probably change the volume and load just to shock your body.
