...without including all of the specifics how high have you gone up with test in a cycle and whatever else you want to include...and most importantly were the gains that  much better than your previous gains off of a lower amount...

Im shooting 800mg of t-200 a wk, and 400mg eq a wk. Not sure about the gains yet only in my 3rd wk.

If you want to look like an ape you have to act like one. I never come off the sause my highest dose 1800mgs test a week, Im always gaining cause I know how to gauge my progress. You have to make a choice do you want to be big or lean and regular? I f the answer is big and I think it is eat like a cow aand if you get chubby take clen , and do cardio in a m  before you eat  . Lastly never waiste a pin always fill it to the end( past three cc) if you have side afects lay off its not for you. good luck and lift heavy!

I don&#39;t go too high with doesages..highest i have ever been is 600mg prop a week. My last cycle was worth about 20lbs but I think at least 5-8lbs was fat. This cycle my weight hasn&#39;t changed much just much leaner and stronger. Ihave to admit..this is my 1st cutting cycle and I do miss the pure size that goes with bulk cycles..but the definition that i am getting is pretty cool too :D

dont waist youre time cutting , get to 260 if you wan t to see a clean 230 280 for a clean 250 eat 8 times a day and always fill the needle, dont waist youre cash on hgh or insulin , if you force feed and wait a few years good things will happen i promise the lean look is for ***s and if you want to be a freak act like one &nbsp;&#33; prop is in and out , you want the anadrol &nbsp;dboll and sust, the test&#33;

The highest dose I&#39;ve ever been on was 2.1G of test. &nbsp;I did it for the last 5 weeks of a 12 week bulking cycle and got up to my highest weight yet, 248. &nbsp;Up until that point, I was doing 1.5G of test/week.

Art of War....I appreciate your "shoot now and ask questions later " approach to BBing...but c&#39;mon...a lot of people have other things in there life like work/family etc.As for never coming off...if you are a competitor then thats great..but if not...thats not too smart.
&nbsp; As for cutting being a waste of time...I am not impressed with anyone who weighs 250-275lbs and has a lot of BF..IMO that look is attainable by a lot of people. Now you see someone 260 that has say 8-10% BF now your talkin dedication. Bulking is a no brainer...you eat..you train..you rest.... you grow....cutting is more like an art form.
&nbsp; And as for the doseages of test you take..that to me is absurd...I grow quite nicely on anywhere between 300-600mg Test a week. Guess some of us get more out of small doses than others. Emphasis needs to be shifted more to training and diet rather than PRO BBer size cycles...just cause a person uses more juice doesn&#39;t mean they are gonna grow more than a guy who uses less. Just my opinion........456

On that note I slam a hammer 10 hours a day 6 days a week, I have a family and I go to school part time. In my spare time I spend whith my family other wise im in the gym or eating. going up and down the art form you talk about is stressfull for most and most of us dont need it since most are not going to compete&#33; winnie alone wont do a thing faact , oh but im sure a med paper lies around somewhere saying it will. Most people use vet shit so filling to the rim is a good idea cause most of it is underdosed. I dont go of for long periods cause I dont have any health problems , ive had the blood work done time and time agian==]]] as for youre 196 if thats good for you and you want to be lean great for you I want to shake the earth even if the bf gose up to 15% its ok. Rick james was 196 and lean he smoked crack and did who knows what.
