Souce Checks.  Are they allowed?

Can we email Mods to check to see if our sources are legit? That allowed?  Or should I check elsewhere on those matters.

Also, anyone remember Guru from Elite.  I asked about him on Anobolic Fitness and someone said he was busted.  Anyone got anymore details?  He was a good guy.
