Info on DNP

I know this was probably brought up before, but i have a friend (male) who wants to start taking DNP....and he asked me if i knew anyone, who could help him on how to take it..He's at 5'9" and 180lbs. If anyone knows on how much he can start on, and when to take it...and how much to take each day.. Thanks for your help...

No flame intended, but your friend really needs to do some research.

I'll get you started though.

Take 200 mgs and wait two days, if no reaction take 200 two days in a row, and again wait two days.

If all is well proceed with a dosing schedule decided upon after doing hella reading on this and other forums.

Personally, I have had best results on 200 a day for several weeks at a time.  I don't tolerate the fall out of higher dosages well, though some people who I do have respect for insist that higher dose shorter cycles are the way to go.
