I have talked to a few of you out there who have tried injecting hgh behind their nipple to try to eliminate the gyno. Since female estrogen related tissue is mainly fatty i would think this may help since hgh eat up fat. My question is, have any of u gotten any reduction in your gyno from this? My gyno isn't too bad, u can't really see it too well in my pics on the members pics section(those pics were taken on easter), but i wanna stop it and don't want it to get worse.

yea that's what i thought it might do. I may just not worry about it and go heavy on anti e's from now on. If i got rid of the fatty tissue the lump will prolly show more!!!!,,,hahaha,,,but anyways,,,i'm prolly just overreacting,,,my firends gyno is much worse than mine and i can hardly see it,,,i'm just way too critical of myself,,,i check my nips so much now i start seeing shit,,,bigjosh

if you just have some fatty tissue buildup, you can most likely get rid of it by dieting. If the tissue has organized and has become fibrous, then the only solution is lipo.
Check out http://www.brinkzone.com/home.html. They recommend flax fiber at 20g per day and flax oil at 2tbs per day as a natural means to reducing gyno. I have personally never tried it but it can't hurt.

I have injected GH into the lump behind my nipple several times. The lump has gone down some, but not that much. I believe its just helping to reduce the amount of fatty tissue surrounding the actual fiberous tissue that has formed. Actually making it look worse than it did, although it is smaller. I stopped injecting there now, and we will see what happens. I see the Cosmetic Surgeon today to find out about having it removed. Later
