liquidex

I'm still new to this, just getting all my supplies together, going to start my cycle in about a month.  

Anyways, when taking liquidex, do you drop it under your tongue, or do  you just drink it?  Thanks

Drop it on top of your tongue and swallow it.  I think the directions state to remove the needle prior to oral administration - but I have found it works best for me to just leave the 18g pin on and measure out the correct drops that way.  Just make sure you have a locking pin/syringe aka Luer lock.

I also recommend to preload a syringe with 2-3cc's at a time, this enables you to quickly dose out the amount you need, and spares the rubber stopper from frequent piercings which will compromise it's integrity (swiss cheese syndrome).
