I weigh 196 what would my dossage be. I would want to start off slow, for saftey. Any advice is greatly taken. I have read alot of post but was really looking for someone to make me a cycle for my body weight and sport. thanks

Hello mate.
DNP is not suitable for an athlete.
It is only usefull to bodybuilders looking to get cut, and fat people looking to lose weight.
DNP will severely effect your athletic performance whilst you take it.
Bad idea IMO.
What sport are you in bro? Might be able to recommend a good cycle if you let me know.
Hope this helps mate.

Drab is right. I have done a couple of 8 day cycles of DNP and it severly hurts your performance in your work out. Don't get me wrong it burns fat like a muther, but you get piss poor work outs while on it. If you are training to compete I would not use it unless you have a few weeks off before you compete. And yes you can take it with other gear.

Just my thoughts... <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->

Thankyou for all the advice. I am off season right now, I play football. I have to lost 15lbs in the next month. I had some freinds that have done some 3 day cycles light and said it worked wonders. Does the poor work outs weigh in with the postive results of losing weight would be my question?

Hi again mate.
Yes I can see your problem bro, that&#39;s a lot of weight to lose in a month. If you really have to lose that much weight then perhaps DNP could be usefull to you. If you do use DNP keep it to a short time. I&#39;d still go for a clen cycle to be honest, this won&#39;t hurt your performance. You could try a full month on clen if you really need to shift weight. Normally it&#39;s best to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with clen, but desperate times call for desperate measures LOL. Good luck bro.

I agree with what the others have said. DNP works like a charm for fat loss, but your workouts/training will be for shit.

If you are still hell-bent on using it, be sure to keep wter intake high, and follow all of the usual DNP guidelines (isocaloric diet, low-GI fruit intake, etc.)

Why do you have to lose 15lbs in 1 month? &nbsp;That&#39;s alot to lose. &nbsp;The body can normally metabolize 2lbs of fat per week while on a strict diet/training regiment. &nbsp;

On the diet and training: You&#39;d need to know where your maintenance caloric intake was so you could stay 300-500 calories below that every day, and stay totally away from refined sugar and flour products. &nbsp;You&#39;d need to hit the weights 4-5times per week and toss in 3-4 30-45min cardio sessions on top of that. &nbsp;

On supplemental help: Another alternative to DNP would be to throw in ECA/clen(alternate every 2 weeks) and T3, and you can drop an additional pound per week. &nbsp;Throw in a low carb diet (less than 50g/day), and you can toss in another 2-3 lbs over the course of that month. &nbsp;That adds up to roughly 15lbs in a month. &nbsp;It is possible, but it will be hard no matter how you decide to go.
