Ok, how strict do you eat, train, rest, supplement, etc...  If you think you are good enough to be "role model" status, go ahead and post EXACTLY what you did today.  There's lots of new folks here, many of them lurking, that I bet would get some real value out of hearing what our serious trainers do on any given day.  

OK, LET'S HEAR IT!  

DIET:
Your exact meal-plan, portions, with calories, protein, carbs if you track that.

TRAINING:
Your workout today including what exercises and how many sets, what you were training for...

SUPPS:
What vitamins and other supps you took in.
 
Ummm....I would rather pick a different day..lol.  I will post exactly what i did today though....cause I am human and I like to eat..lol.

4am..alarm went off for cardio ...hit snooze
4:09 am..alarm went off again...hit snooze again
4:18am alarm went off again...reset alarm to 5:15am...skipped cardio
5:30am...finally got up
5:45am...ate piece of leftover pepperoni pizza from lastnights binge
6:15 drank a pepsi on way to work to help wake me up
9:30am ate rest of pizza from last night and had a pepsi
noon...went to a bar and ate 3 taco's...but hey..I had water to drink!
5pm...mrs456 made hamburgers on the grill
7pm..ate a couple...ok a handful....of peanut butter m-m's
Today was a REAL bad day for me...oh and I didn't work out either <!--emo&{}--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='{}'><!--endemo-->   But hey IMO if you don't have days like today then you are probably no fun to be around!

I was off from work today, so it's not as structured as usual ... I'll post again tomorrow with a better one ...

6 am - Wake up, 32 oz. water, 2 caps Lipokinetix

6-30 am - 30 mins on elliptical trainer, MP3 player batteries died so I was forced to listen to the top 40 shit at the gym. Fu*kin' Nelly Furtado and shit. LOL. Burned 386 cals. I usually do intervals, but I banged up my ankle at basketball last night so I took it easy today.

7-05 am - the dude who works at the juice/protein bar took a break right before I was done, so I didn't get my Isopure like usual.  :angry:

7-30 am - 10g L-glutamine in Crystal Light

8-00 am - back to bed

10-00 am - tuna-in-a-bag over lettuce w/ some italian dressing (35g protein, minimal carbs, 8g fat)

11-30 am - Thermoplex shake (50g pro, 23g carbs, 5g fat, 2.5 g creatine), 1 T. flax oil, 1g CLA

1-00 pm - Phenteramine, 30 mg

2-00 pm - Thermoplex shake, 1 T. flax oil, 1g CLA

4-00 pm - 8 oz. Chicken and handfull brocolli stir fry, made with 1 T. safflower oil. Took 1g CLA.

8-00 pm - 2 T. heavy cream, 1 scoop straw. Nitrotech, 1 scoop Met-Rx Protein Plus, 1 scoop Simply Whey, 12 oz. water, 1 g CLA (shake = 53g pro, 5g carbs, 11g fat)

9-00 pm - Went to Swartzlabs and ordered pancake mix and other goodies ... :D

Before bed (midnight): 10g L-glu in Crystal Light, Zmass PM

Tomorrow is a weight training day (ARMS!), so I will be sure to keep good track of what I take in and all that.

My diet and training are extremely strict, but I am to tired to write it all out, so you will all just have to trust me, lol. later
 
6-00 am. alarm went off... layed in bed listening to the radio till 6:15... got all showered.

7-00 am.  protein shake (prot. 51g, carbs-6g) oatmeal (carbs 19g, prot. minimal) multivitamins, omega-3

7-30 am. work

10-00 am. Tuna from a bag (prot.-13g, carbs-0)mixed with oil and vinegar salad dressing.

12-00 am.  2 chicken breasts (prot.-38g, carbs-0) and a salad (prot.-minimal, carbs-7g)

5-30 pm. gym.. worked on shoulders
            Shoulder presses 4 sets 8-10 reps 55lb db's
            Front raises 3 sets 10 reps each arm 25lb db's
            Lateral raises 3 sets 10 reps each arm 15lb db's
            rear delt raises 3 sets 10 reps 20lb db's
            military presses 3 sets 8-10 reps 135lbs - 155lbs
            20 minutes of cardio

7-30 pm. arrive home eat a protein shake (prot.-51g, carbs-6g) 3 eggs with texas pete (prot.@8g, carbs-0) bag of tuna (prot.-13g, carbs-0)

Pump, I see you take the ZMass PM.  I've rarely seen guys talk about using it.  I swear when I take it before bed that I wake up a few hours later with a hard-on.
 
I enjoy doing these.  
Well here is a typical work day, minus a class day too.

9:00--Wake up
9:50--breakfast (20ozcoffee, sausage,egg,cheese sand.,tasykake)
11:00--train
1:00--mass recovery drink
3:00--maybe something to pick on, either a supershake, or some animal based product
3:15--nap until I have to get ready for work
5:30--some cookies(preferrably oreo double stuff)
6:30--work begins
7:00--a light sandwich
10:30--some good barfood, preferrably a cheesesteak
12:00--hagan daaz"dolce de leche"  frozen yogurt, or some other sweet
1:30--last call
2:00--its miller time(i prefer either wine or a couple of beers after work
3:00(am)--usually get home at this time.  again something sweet, like some pb&j.
3:30--good nite.

I  hope you didnt mean my metabolism.  i got the metabolism of a friggin slug.  im pretty jacked, but i got a while to go to get rid of my gut.lol,  its not too bad, i just have to train extra hard to eat like a pig.
 
Well here is mine. I dont have set times on eating when my body tells me shes hungary I eat
7-745 am get up its usually 745 mb gets to stay in bed later so it makes it harder for me to get up
8am- 2 hardboiled eggs, but i only eat the whites.. I hate yoke
1030-11am- usually some raw green veggies and ranch dressing
1230-130- chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad.. sum times ill have left overs
330-4- atkins protein bar
530-730 gym
8-930 dinner usually chick and veg.. some kind of protein and veggies.. and if im bad and tired its a bowl of cereal

dessert..MB..opps sorry bout that.. foreal sugar-free jello w/ lite whipped cream and or sugar free chocolate. just bought some yesterday :D

oh yeah and TONS of water I think I drink a gallon a day and i have a diet soda w/ lunch

im also on eca and multi-vitamin
 
I didn't see this yesterday so I will post what I did today.

4am- up with Napalm...made his breakfast and lunch and ironed his shirt for him.

5am- kissed him goodbye and drank a cup of coffee and took my ECA.

5:30am- on the treadmill for 45min of cardio.

6:30am- breakfast: 1 whole egg, 2 egg white omlete with turkey taco meat and peper-jack cheese. Took multi vit, chromium, and started day 1 of T3.

7am- shower

8am-work

10am-half a protien bar

1pm- lunch:  chicken chili

3pm- other half of protien bar

4pm-tanning

5pm-on my way home :D .  Made tonights dinner, taco meat fro omletes, and chicken strips for Naps lunch tomorrow. And another ECA

6:30pm- dinner: green salad and a peice of steak.

today is a day off from weight training, but I just may go do some more cardio....after I finish some laundry.

I will have a protien shake around 8 or 9pm.  Thats pretty much a standard day for me.  If it is a lifting day, I do that right after work.

5:30pm- Smoothie Factory After-Workout Shake and Speed Stack Thermo Drink. (25gPro 30Carb)

6pm- GYM (Chest Day)
Bench Press - 7 sets pyramid...  Last set 275lbs x 4

Incline Dumbell - 5 sets pyramid...  Last set 90lbs each hand  5 times.

Reverse Grip Bench - 5 sets pyramid... Last set 175lbs 8 times

Cable Cross overs - 5 sets of 20 reps

Dips 4 sets

Rope attachment pushdowns - 5 sets pyramid

Handle attachment reverse grip tricep pushdown - 5 sets pyramid

Lastly Abs weighted 150lbs on cable 5 sets times 20reps...

In the gym for 1hr 45min...  Yesterday was a GREAT day I am feelin' it today!

3:00 pm--1 cup cottage cheese, banana (285cal, 24gProtein)
4:30 pm--Chest/Triceps (4sets incline bench, 4 sets flat bench, 3 sets incline flys, 3 sets crossovers, 3 sets dips)
5:45 pm--2 scoops whey in water (48gProtein, 280 cal)
6:00 pm--ECA, T3
6:30pm--7ozTrout, 1Cup broccoli, 1scoop whey/H2O, yogurt (664cal, 69gProtein)

9am.       Grilled plain Chicken breast and a serving of veggies
12pm.     Grilled plain Chicken breast, veggies and low fat cottage cheese.
4pm.       7.5oz. Can of salmon and an apple
6pm.       Train Back and Biceps

I vary my sets and exercises based on how I feel and what’s available in the gym at the time when I want to use it. I also vary my carb intake based on the body parts being trained that day. For example I have two servings of brown rice one at 9am and the other at noon on leg training days. This was a lower cal/carb day for me. Also my diet is not this strict on the weekends and periodically I cheat durring the week. I also take multivitamins and other sups daily.

10 am- all you can eat breakfast buffet at JB's (4 plates of eggs with cheese, bacon, and fruit)
1pm-2 double cheeseburgers
430pm- stuffed flank steak and cheese, and a whole lotta garlic chicken stuffed ravioli's
7pm- 2 chicken breasts w/barbecue sauce and cheese
Plan on another protein shake around 10

No workout today
 
7:am -xenadrine Stretch and run 3 miles 75 to 85 % mhr cool down
8:am - Large bowl Total- pro blend 55 protein shake.
9:am - Work  
10:am - (now) large portion of cantelope and 5 egg whites.
11:30 - Shoulders and rigorous stretching routine
1:pm - 2 large chicken breasts, brown rice, veggies
3:pm - Pro blend 55 start warm up for stand up
3:30 pm - Stand up 3) 3 minute rds Heavy bag / hands
                          3) 3 minute rds heavy bag / kicks /Sprawls
     Rest/water  3to5) 3 minute rds Sparring
Drink high cal recovery drink.
5:30 pm - Dinner - probably Steak potatoe & salad w/flak seed oil
8:pm - Ground work- usually 1/2 hour on technique get water and rest and then sparring for submission (usually for about an hour and a half with a few breaks).Power aid & lots of H20
10:45 - Home , shower, Pro 55 and usually some 2 bannana's
Sleep

I am just past the peak of my keep, my fight is within 4 weeks, so things are starting to get a little easier this week.
 
Choke, looks good on the training.  Most people don't realize how much only a few rounds of boxing can take out of you.  What level do you fight at, and whereabout?  I used to mess around at a local gym when I was in my late teens.  Mostly just street kids getting in the ring and pounding the shit out of each other.
