i'm on week 9 of sust/test cy/ deca and the strength is done threw the roof but no bass... maybe a 1/2 on arms and 1 on legs??? anyone

You been eating enough protien? Since your strength has greatly improved that would rule out bad gear. Have you lost some fat during your cycle? that happens at times. Fat loss replaced by muscle mass....Check your diet though. :)

Thate, I think what Gear was referring to was bass- as in fish. &nbsp;Gear I would try a chartreuse spinnerbait or maybe a top water plug depending on the water temperature. &nbsp;If all else fails try to texas rig a pumpkin colored worm, always seems to work for me. &nbsp; :"" &nbsp;<!--emo&:p--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo--> &nbsp;Sorry couldn&#39;t help it.

Gear, if you are up 1/2" on arms and 1" on legs, that&#39;s some decent growth man. &nbsp;Imagine doing 3-4 cycles per year with those kinds of gains&#33; &nbsp;Add that up over say 3 years and you&#39;d be looking at adding 4 1/2" to your arms and 9" to your legs&#33; &nbsp;AAS won&#39;t make you huge in a single cycle. &nbsp;Gains will come faster than if you trained without, but it still takes years of training "on" to become HUGE. &nbsp;I&#39;d say that cycle was a success bro. &nbsp;If you really were flat on the mass increases, I&#39;d say it was definitely diet related. &nbsp;Keep us posted, maybe some B4/after pics.

hey B you are right, i just got back from the gym and now i&#39;m doing 4 plates when i was just doing three... so that makes me very happy..skull cruster are up to 180s... i can rember times when it would take me every part of a year to put one extra on so that cool... i was just hoping to get over the 20 inch mark on this cycle, but i still have a month left to get that other 1/2... in the morning i take 2 1/2 cups of water and 2 1/2 cups of milk with 8 scoops of protein and then drink out of that threw out the day.. so that&#39;s what 140 and then eggs 2 whole 3 whiteys and cheeze.. 1 cup almonds.. turkey breast or chicken.... tuna out of the can... a last night i did a bad thing.. PIZZA HUT oldy but a goody specail... regular price 4 bucks 4 bucks 4 bulks.. Meat Lover with J. Peppers...

LOL, pizza is my absolute favorite cheat&#33; &nbsp;I think it&#39;s a good thing to carb-up and cheat one day a week, even when cutting. &nbsp;Pre-contest for someone that competes would of course be a no-no. But for most of us, tossing in that cheat meal or two every week gives the system a kick and makes dieting that much more effective. &nbsp;All those carbs make carb-depleted muscles feel full and strong as hell for the next day&#39;s workout too. &nbsp;damn, I&#39;m going to call Dominos NOW&#33; &nbsp;<!--emo&**--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='**'><!--endemo-->

Gear- &nbsp;Where in the world is your beef intake man? &nbsp;You can&#39;t bulk without beef. &nbsp;If you want to get BIG, forget about trying to eat TOO clean. &nbsp;It just doesn&#39;t work. &nbsp;I eat a whole carton of eggs and 1lb of red meat every day. &nbsp;Am i at 4% body fat? &nbsp;No. &nbsp;but i still have a six pack, probably at 10% bf, but I am up 64 pounds so far this cycle.

I agree with Bstrong, if you gained 1/2 an inch in your arms in one cycle, thats good growth. So is 1 inch in your legs bro. You can&#39;t expect much more than that&#33; I did 2 consecutive cycles, and while my arms changed shape, and looked bigger, they were the same size they were when I started. I took off some Bf at the same time, and that made quite a bit of differencce also. Later

Oh yeah, to add on to what Napalm just said on shape... &nbsp;At some point, the gains will slow down, or at least appear to if you look at the scale and your measuring tape. &nbsp;But what I&#39;ve found is that SHAPE will continue to develop positively because of muscular growth and fat depletion. &nbsp;That&#39;s one of the reasons I like to stick to 12 week or longer cycles. &nbsp;That mass growth appears to stall around week 7-8, but it&#39;s the improvement in shape and depth that is still going on. &nbsp;The only gauge of this though is visually---the mirror--that&#39;s all judges and women have to go by as well&#33; &nbsp;
