...like to see how everyone's current cycles are coming along.  

I'm 4 weeks into a 15 week cutting cycle that will end with me (hopefully) doing my first competition July 13th.  I was up to 248 when I started, now I'm down to 233.  The only measurement that has shrunk is my waistline thankfully. My target weight for show day is 212, which should bring me to about 5% bf.

GEAR:

Prop 150mg/EOD
Tren 80mg/EOD
Durabolin 400mg/wk
T3 20/40/80/100/100/80/40/20 started in week 2
ECA 2weeks on/2weeks off ...started 2 weeks ago
winny 50mgED during last 5 weeks

DIET:

First 4 weeks were low carb (less than 50g/day), then on to controlled/clean carbs.  Protein intake at 450g/day.  Always take in enough good fats, mostly olive oil and raw nuts.  For some reason, I just fell in love with peanut butter, LOL.

TRAINING:
----------------
5-6 days, still hard and heavy, except I've added a few more concentration/contraction exercises at the end.  Doing cardio 3-4 times/wk now, and will up that if I get too close to being over my weekly target weight.  Doing cardio first thing in the am, and hitting the weights in the afternoon.

I'm excited about being able to see my abs again!  My strong points are legs and triceps.  My weak points are abs, back and biceps.  I'm throwing in an extra work session on the weak points every week to compensate.

How's everyone else doing?
 
Twelve Weeks:

Prop EOD 150
EQ 400mg EW
T-3 First Six Weeks
Winny last six weeks

So Far I have seen gains in strength and lots of size at first so I downed the prop to 125mg EOD.  Diet has been good, but my protien intake needs to get into overdrive.  Only into the third weeks, so the EQ is just kicking in...so its a little early to tell, but I keep ya posted!!!

Next Post I'll put the measurements.
 
damn bo..sounds like your really on track.  Well here is what i got so far. 7th week of a 10 week cutting cycle

I am at 50mcg a day of T-3 and I am feeling VERY lathargic...my wife said she felt the same way when ramping back down.
I run 45min ED if possible  EOD at bare minimum. Weight train 4-5 days a week. I have dropped almost 2 full inches from my waist!
Diet has been so-so
Not enough protein..be lucky if I am consuming..250g a day
Carbs are low but not real low..lol....prob around 100 a day...my biggest problem is keeping enough food prepared to eat. Fairly happy with my cycle so far.....it is going to get ended a week early due to my vacation.
 
My cycle is going great. I am down to 205 right now at 5% Bf. I am slowing down cutting and eating a few more carbs so I don't peak before contest day. I have 10 weeks left and I will start cutting hard in 5 weeks. My cycle is complicated, and to long to write out, and I am to tired to post it right now. Its already been posted in the thread about Dream cycles, or something to that effect. Later

I'm at week 6 of a 12 week cut.
Frontloaded 1500 prop enhanced Sust
Weeks 1-6 Deca 600/PESust 600 per week
Weeks 7-12 Durabolin 150/Prop 150 per day
Weeks 6-12 Winny 100ED (50mg inject/50mg blue tab)
T3 pyramid of 8 weeks began 2 weeks prior to cycle
HGH 4.5U/d

Started cycle at 220# 10% bf
Currently at 208# and 6-7%bf

Diet is the low carb 5 days /week,spagetti and bread the other 2 days ???  :D
425-450g protein/d

Training on 5days/off 1 ,,,,Not much cardio so far other than my mtn biking

I'm at my bf goal already at week 6 so I think I'm going to try and up the carbs a little,hopefully fine tune the zone where I can add more muscle without the bf jumping back up.
 
BeStrongBewell,I had thought about using tren with my cycle but alot of people discouraged me from mixing tren and durabolin due to progesterone gyno fears. Just wondering if you had heard that.........
 
I'm on week 6 or 7, it really doesn't matter I'm staying "on" all the way through Aug.  My cycle is tprop @ 100mgs ed, tren @ 75mgs ed, started d-bol todat @ 40mgs ed and was doing <!--emo&**--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='**'><!--endemo--> WINNY @ 100-150MGS ED.  The winny was worthless, imo.  I didn't even get sore joints and took no glucosamine.  Cycle is going well. I'm in the 7.5% BF range and have been on a low carb diet.  Would like to end in Aug @ 6'1" 225, 5-6% BF.  Right now I'm 216 @ 7.5.  I'm also using L-dex @ .5mg ed, inj. L-carn(great shit), Hydroxycut(3 @ 6:30a, 3 @ 12:00p) ALA 1200mgs ed and I should have yohimburn and NYC delivered tom.
 
im playing it by how i feel. its my new technique.  im in middle of week 3.  here it goes:

Week1-5: 50mg wv/ed
week6-10:  300mg deca/wk
                200mg test/wk(or more, but trying not to)
week11-15:  50mg wv/ed
                 (maybe something on that, but trying not to)
weeks16 +:  tba.
 
Deca, I've heard that is a problem for some, but I've also known guys that haven't had issues.  So, I decided to throw the tren in because I love it so much!  Unfortunately, the nips are poofy and extra nolva + arimidex isn't helping!  So, looks like I'll drop the durabolin down or drop it alltogehter until I hit the last 5 weeks when the winny kicks in.
 
BSBW,I love tren as well. I'm saving that to go with my EQ/prop....next cycle. Had a few thoughts if the nips are bothering you,... could add the winny earlier and run it say a little longer....7 weeks. Or add it now for like 4 weeks and see if it takes care of the nips...take a small liver break.....and then still finish up with 5 more weeks of win. Just some ideas to kick around.
 
Took my second doseage of Sustanon for the 9th week of my cycle...
1-10 Sus500mg
1-10 Eq500mg
1-5 Anabol40mg/ed
7-12 Winne Depot 50mg/eod
1-14 .25mg Arimi/ed

Just took my nineth shot of winne, love the stuff combined with a low carb diet I am losing a lot of chub gain earlier in the cycle...  Weight still hovering around 220lbs and gettin more solid quality gains...  Strength still huge even while cuttin carbs, front squattin 245lbs sets and benchin 275lbs sets.  I am lovin this cycle, my first one was shit compared to these results...  Went from 193lbs w/ a lil chub to 220lbs and leaner than start weight!
