my next cycle

wk 1-10 400mg cypionate
wk 1-10 400mg eq
wk 1-4 30mg ed dbl
All gear is from ttokkyo this is my second cycle. .

First cycle was 500mg sus for 7wks and 450mg for 8wks. Gained 19lb kept 13. Do you think I should throw something else in there or up the dosage? Also just how much of a difference will .25 of Arimidex give with this cycle? I still want to keep this a safe cycle. I also have a problem with not having a six pack. However if I cut down on the fat or high calorie intake. I will begin to see my six pack but at the same time I will loose size. Any feed back would be the shiznit fellas!

Looks good bro, you can up the dose of the EQ to 600mg to get some solid gains.  .25mg ari. will be good it all depends on you.  You might have to up it to .50mg.

Can anyone tell me just how much better my results will be with 600mgs vs 400 of eq. Also side f/x? ???

Bro...no one will be able to exactly tell you how much better "your" results will be, becuase it is all up to you and how your body reacts to foriegn substances.  Someone running 400mg EQ EW might gain just the same as someone that would run it at 600-800mg EW.  It all depends, I am personally running it at 400mg EW and have no sides and have solid gains that aren't so drastic where people are saying look at the roid monster.  

In time...I am sure people will be saying that behind back, oh well, they better say it quit though...lol
