I have decided that i am a lousy bber and will going for pwr from now on..I figure I can compete in this sport bbing takes too much dieting for me..A flat stomach and im lean enough for me..LOL Anyway as soon as I figure out how to keep a good grip on the bar its training time..I will post my numbers as they progress...
 
yak.. honey.. you need to definetly learn to hold the bar.. you need to be able to lift it ...  no drop it..  
i can see it now.. you face flat on the floor with the bar over you...
