There is a guy at my gym who seems to know it all. Everyone is always asking him for advice and I guess he knows alot. I told him I was taking n-large and musclemilk. He told me that they were ok and that they had good stuff in them but at the same time they also added alot of crap in there. He then told me that in his opinion Osmo were by far the best supplements and that thats all he used. I was also told that Osmo is made for Cancer and Aids patients. Check out Osmo.net and let me know if this is true. Cause if it's not true I going to dance La Cucaracha on his face for lying to the Mighty ELMO! Ten-Q! ;)

I would see if he's sponsoring the site or if actually knows what he's talking about. I myself take n-large and i think the stuff is awesome for the price. In the bodybuilding world seeing is believing. So if he's been working out for the last ten years and hasn't made much for progress he's probably fullof crap.

Hey bros, how much do you guys get the N large for, and how much protein per serving does it have.

Thanks
Danny

I am an N-large fan too. Though I only take it post workout because I am already a fat ass :( A full serving (4 scoops) has 600 calories,86 grams of carbohydrates, 52 grams of protein, and 6 gr. of fat. Post workout, I take a little more than a half serving. I also buy my supplements at DPS Nutrition (sorry Presser ) and I get it for $34.85 for 10 lbs. I have a friend who thinks Juven (also made for cancer and aids patients) is the best shit in the world. I think it is a waste of money. I haven't checked out Osmo (yet) but I doubt you will grow any better with it. No supplement is perfect, so if you find one let me know.

Keep in mind it's all I've tried, but I take MaxPro (from Max Muscle). It's on the expensive side, but I get a good discount. Maybe like $45 for 9 pounds. In two scoops, there's about 54g protein. I add 16 ounces of skim milk and maybe 2 or 3 egg whites for about a 75g proteing shake. I take 2 of those bad boys a day, and think it supplements pretty well. But again, I haven't tried any others.

Well if Osmo or N-large don't work so well. I don't know if anyone here has heard of this but, I hear you get really good results from a suppliment called STEROIDS! Heee heee :D

Best proteins on the market, hands down, come from Beverly International. I get them from www.3D-Nutrition.com. It's mail order right now, but they have the best discounts. Beverly seems a little high in price, but if you check net protein content, there is no comparison. Best stuff I have ever used....damn, I sound like a fucking advertisement:)

You most likely have something to do with that website bdpro. I mean you only posted once and it's to advertise. Nice try chief!!!

Elmo- if N-large and musclemilk work for you, why do you give a fuck what anyone else says or thinks? NOBODY likes my cycles and workout plans, but they sure do work for me, so i stick with it. You should do the same.

Well as far as I am concerned Protien suppliments are protien suppliments. The only difference is the # of cals, the # of scoops, the price and the taste. I prefer to buy whatever I can find, that is the cheapest, isn't full of carbs and doesn't taste like shit. Which is usually Optimum Nutrition. Later

I'd have to go with Elmo on the supplement issue LOL

I use whatever is on discount, but lately I have been getting custom made shakes from NutraBiotics ... I specify 50g protein, 23g carbs, 2.5g creatine, and 5g fat per shake ... comes pre-bottled, just add water and shake then drink. No blender, etc which is mainly why I do it since work is very hectic right now ...

They use mostly whey, but they also include a little bit of all types of protein. They also have digestive enzymes added, as well as lipotropics, vitamins, minerals, etc.

I also use Protein Pancake mix from Swartzlabs in the morning, usually on weekends.

okie dokie!
