Bro everytime I try to order it tells me to enable my cookies, I followed direction and it still will not let me order. please advise

If you have Internet Explorer 6, you should click on tools, then internet options then click on the privacy tab and then slide the settings bar all the way down and it will say enable all cookies then lcick apply and ok and try again to see the shopping cart..
