...just started doing two-a-days last week.  This is my second week of 5 resistance training sessions and 5 cardio sessions.  Man, it is kicking my ass bigtime!  I've dropped from 248 to 230 in about 5 weeks.

Some days I hit the cardio first thing before I eat breakfast, and other days I hit weights about 1.5 hrs after breakfast.  

Anyone else hitting it that hard getting ready for summer or competition?

i need to get into that here in about a month or so.. start cloimd in two weeks..

are you going to train like that off-cycle?  That might be too much for a no-gear cutting cycle.  You'll end up losing quite a bit of muscle I'd imagine.

BStrong, check out what my day looks like on the "How strict are you thread". That is about what I do 6 day's a week. Good luck on your training and congrats on the weight loss.

Nice cut BSBW. The 2 a day plan sure can be brutal. I've been doing resistance in the AM and mtn biking in the PM. Trying to get out of the "racing" mentality when I'm biking so I don't break any bones or have a injury that will keep me out of the gym. I raced 2 years ago and had a broken hand twice and cracked a few ribs twice.....don't want to go thru another season like that again.
