I hear people say you have to eat the following. Four solid meals, 1 gollon of water, 3-4 protein shakes, cranberry juice. ala,tylers detox, glutamine,creatine. You would have to be a horse to eat and drink that much shiet! There is no way in hell I could do that. Maybe I just can't eat as much as you guys.
 
bro I am a small guy. Four solid meals isnt nothing. I sometimes eat 5-6 meals a day. they dont have to be huge meals. and 3 shakes a day is nothing(unless its Nlarge, which would be rough) just take some digestive enzymes and you can do it.
 
I eat eight or so small pets a day.  I mean meals.

I also take flax oil to give my coat that healthy shine you see in my pics.  I also use a slicker brush.
 
I eat atleast 4 meals a day, 2+ protein shakes, plus snacks... (healthy ones).  This what I eat normally... can't imagine what I'm going to be eating like once this EQ kicks in.
 
lol! I can go all day with one meal, it sucks. Enzymes don't help me after a while. I thought about b12 shots, but I am gonna be poking my ace too much. I hope the 600mgs of eq will help in my 2nd cycle  which starts in may. Or maybe I should stop being such a big P@#sy and eat like a Jenny Craig drop out!
 
Elmo the key is to make the meals smaller and more frequent.  Its hard for me to follow this regimen due to my scheduling, but it is most effective.  
eating more frequent meals will help your metabolism move along faster and soon you will be able to eat these meals with ease.
 
I eat atround 8 meals everyday, I also try to drink 2-3 protein shakes after a few meals throughout the day.  I'm kind of slacking on the supplments right now though...
 
LOL, yep, I do it every day bro. I eat 7-8 meals and take all my suppliments every single day.  Its part of what I do, just like taking a shit and brushing my teeth, LOL. It gets easier after you force yourself to do it for a while. Later
 
Yea at first its work, but after you force yourself to eat certain foods, eat certain times, and take supplements it sorta becomes something that you just do.  I remember when I first started taking shakes, eating tuna, vitamins, glutamine, and creatine it was a pain in the ass.  Now its just another part of my day that I don't mind at all.  I actually enjoy doing what I once had to force myself to do,,,,bigjosh
 
Once you start eating and taking all your vitimans regularly, you actually feel like something is wrong when you miss a meal or are unable to take your vitimans. It becomes a habit once you force your self to do it. It gets easier with time. :D
 
7 meals plus a snack or two everyday.  Whether bulking or cutting, the # of meals is the same...just change the portion sizes and types of foods.  Like the others already said, once you get used to that, it's hard to imagine only eating 3 meals a day.
 
It does become second nature. Try aiming for around 400cal/meal and adjust depending on your goals. When I'm trying to bulk I find it's helpful to drink a shake or two during the middle of the night,thats an easy way to add 100 extra protein grams and a few calories to your diet without feeling stuffed all day.

Yea, it's beating a dead horse, but now you know why you aren't growing as fast as you want to be.

EAT LIKE AN ANIMAL - It's posted all over this board yet people still seem to miss it. I'll tell you what, I've had 7 meals today, it's now 4:30am in the morning and I'm going to go slam back another protein shake and all natural peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread right now before I go to sleep.

Learn to eat and drink lots. I drink at least 20 glasses of water per day. No Bullshit. Sometimes more. Yea, I pee just about as many times too, but it's worth it. The water helps to keep my stomach expanded to help eat more food. The water helps digest the food I eat and keeps my energy levels up so I don't get dehydrated for my workouts.

The more you eat, the more you grow. Simple as that.
 
Yeah, you gotta eat. Before my shoulder injury (which is now healed), I was eating around 7,500 cal/day of mostly solid food. It was like sitting down at a buffet every 2 hours and loading up.

Food is magic.
 
you know for the longest time I thought there is no way in hell I can eat drink and take all the supps I need like a reall body builder I will not lie ever day is a struggle to get in all I need there are days that I feel I never stop eating and some days I feel like eating nothing just cause I am sick of it all hell there are also days I get cramps in my jaw muscles from chewing so much but I strive every day to get what I need this is a sample of my diet

meal 1 oatmeal , protein shake
meal 2 protein shake
meal 3 1 can tuna, 1 glass water
meal 4 protein shake
meal 5 8 oz chicken, 1cp rice, glass water
meal 6 protein shake 2 table sp peanutbutter and honey
meal 7(preworkout) 2 tabls sp peanutbutter energy-tech drink
workout GNC during carb drink and water
meal 8 either 8-10oz of steak or chicken 1 1/2 cp rice and a protein shake

and if I wake up in the middle of the night to piss I chug a metrx

It is true-
For me I drink 3 gallons water a day, and fit in 6-7 meals a day plus all the supplements.
You have to gradually work your way up to ingesting all the cals- go with 500g increments - that will be the easiest route.
 
If your diet aint right no matter how much gear you take YOU WONT GROW. You have to eat every 2-3 hours max. Eat clean and eat often. I eat 7 solid meals a day and 1 PWO shake.

If your serious you'll do it. You also wanna try to drink over a gallon of water day. You will get used to it believ me you wont be pissin evry 10 minutes after a week of doing it.

But stick with it, if you want resultz
