Kidney and Liver?

Somebody help straighten me out on this deal.  I am too lazy to do some searching.   What do I need to be concerned with?  Most orals are hard on the kidneys right?  Are all injectibles hard on the liver or just certain ones?  I know Fina is hard on the liver, what else?  Milk thistle for liver and cranberry juice for the kidneys?  Somebody tell me what's up.

Orals are hard on the liver bro, high protien intake, and a few AAS compounds, are hard on the kidneys.  I take Artichoke and milk thistle for my liver and saw palmetto and cranberry for my kidneys. Later

NAPALM hit it right on the nose..   Artichoke is great as well as milk thistle.  Craberry I've taken in excess of 3000mg's a day, along with a TON OF WATER.

ESPECIALLY on fina/tren

I agree with the boys on this one with the with the exception of the Cranberry. That is an absolute waste of money and a worthless supplement for use in conjuntion with AAS. The benifits of Cranberry on the urinary system stem soley from the ability of Cranberry to inhibit the binding of E.coli bacteria to the wall of the bladder. It has no effect on kidney function, period. It is useful in reducing the frequency and severity of E.coli bladder infections and thats it. That's the sourse of it's "kidney" reputation. Maintaining adequate hydration with water is the only variable you can control and is extremely important. Don't let Cranberry give you a false sense of security.
Now I'm sure there will be some anecdotal stories of how Cranberry "saved my kidneys",but I have yet to see a single research article/study/or proposed mechanism for any kidney parenchymal protection from this or any other supplement.

The main reason I use cranberry is the simple fact that women use it for yeast and urinary tract infects.  I figure it can't hurt, LOL.  Plus, I like cranberry juice anyway, lol.  Later
